Majority of credit research agencies in Japan adopt a pre-payment billing system using coupons or points that expire after one year. • Research for the reports is conducted by the Credit Exchange Agency.
• For orders of new reports, the cost associated to look up the commercial register is included in the above pricing.
  The number of items that could be viewed for real-estate registration would be maximum 7 records, including up to 2 records for land and buildings filed under the headquarters.
  Any cost exceeding this number will be notified and conducted after consent on additional fees.
• Copy reports consist of existing reports created six months or more in the past.
• Comprehensive reports of companies in remote locations may not be available. In that case, a summary report will be delivered.
• The standard delivery time for Summarized English reports is 10 business days. This may be delayed when a large number of orders have been received.
• The standard delivery time for Comprehensive Japanese reports is 14 business days. This may be delayed when a large number of orders have been received.
• Super flash reports will be delivered in 10 business days

Reduce translation fees

Somewhat naturally, Japanese is the language mainly used for credit reports in Japan. But this becomes trouble if you need the information in English. Especially for detailed reports, the translation cost could be much higher than you would expect. Experian’s summarized/profile reports are created, by default, in English. There is no need to pay for translation to get a snapshot of your target company. Translation fees for comprehensive reports vary by the scope as below. Stop wasting money for translating information you do not need.
